Nate Kelly, FACHE

President

Nate Kelly, President of ChartSwap, spearheads digital connectivity between record requestors and providers, driving platform growth. With over 20 years in healthcare IT leadership, he previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Hospital IQ, a predictive analytics and workflow system focused on increasing efficiencies of hospital operations. Nate’s tenure at Cerner Corporation, spanning 16 years, saw him lead high-growth divisions, culminating in his role as VP and General Manager of Health Networks.

Chinh Phan

SVP of Product

Chinh Phan is ChartSwap’s Senior Vice President of Product. He has 14 years of experience in the medical records field and has been with the company since its inception. During his tenure with ChartSwap, Chinh has served as the primary architect for the platform as well as leading the company operations. Utilizing his passion for efficiency and problem solving, he sought to establish ChartSwap as the industry standard for medical record exchange.

Steve DeRossett

SVP of Digital Health

Steve DeRossett, Senior Vice President – Digital Health at ChartSwap, has over 25 years of healthcare and insurance technology expertise. Spearheading ChartSwap’s network expansion, he integrates Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Release of Information (ROI), and aggregator platforms for the seamless exchange of vital medical and billing information. Formerly President of INTERTEL, Inc., Steve led the establishment of the nation’s largest medical canvass network.

Dawn Toups

Vice President of Sales

Dawn Toups, VP of Sales at ChartSwap, boasts 25+ years in Health Information Technology (HIT) and Release of Information (ROI). Recognized for her foresight, she transitioned to ChartSwap after leading sales at Verisma Systems, Inc. Dawn’s accolades include the Allscripts Salesperson of the Year Award in 2013 & 2015. With extensive leadership roles, she drives ChartSwap’s growth, revolutionizing personal health information exchange. Dawn’s expertise and dedication make her integral to ChartSwap’s mission of streamlining healthcare data exchange, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Amy Weir

Vice President of Operations

Amy Weir, Vice President of Operations, joined ChartSwap in 2016 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. With over 10 years of experience in the records exchange and retrieval industry, her focus has been on creating and implementing processes that drive operational excellence, and building strong customer support teams that are knowledgeable, professional, and deliver high-quality service. Amy’s primary focus is to ensure that ChartSwap remains an industry leader in exceptional customer service and positive user experiences for our provider and requestor customers.
